Tongjai Property, operated by บริษัท โอฬารแล็บ จำกัด (OlanLab), encourages factual checks before a sale, tenancy or payment. Website information supports discovery and contact; it does not replace checking the property, documents and contracting party.
1. Viewings and documents
- Check that your contact is the owner or an authorised representative and compare their details with the listing.
- Arrange suitable times and places, and inform someone you trust or take a companion where appropriate.
- Provide only necessary documents, obscure unused details and mark the copy's intended purpose as appropriate.
- Check the unit, building, facilities, routes and project restrictions yourself.
2. Payments and contracts
Match the recipient to the contracting party or a documented authorised recipient. Review amounts, deposits, cancellation, refunds and other charges. Obtain payment evidence and keep the contract. Do not transfer merely because of urgency, an unusually low price or a claim that payment is required before viewing.
Promotion, ranking, attractive images and listing review do not certify ownership or transaction safety. Unless separately agreed in writing, the website does not hold reservation funds or deposits for the parties.
3. Warning signs
- Refusing property or authority checks, inconsistent photos, or unexplained substitution of properties.
- Unrelated payment recipients, sudden account changes or refusal to provide records.
- Requests for passwords or OTPs, remote-control software installation, or suspicious sign-in links.
- Impersonating staff to demand payment or unnecessary information.
4. Reporting listings or impersonation
Use our Contact page with “Listing report”, the listing ID or link, reason, dates, necessary screenshots or evidence, and a reply channel. If claiming a right, explain your connection to the property or content. Do not send passwords, OTPs or complete personal documents in the initial message.
We will review and may seek more evidence, contact the advertiser, request corrections or restrict publication according to the matter. Affected advertisers can submit an explanation and request review through the same channel. A good-faith report does not guarantee a particular outcome.
5. If you paid or suspect fraud
Stop sending money or information. Promptly contact your bank or payment provider through official channels. Keep messages, transfer evidence, recipient details and listing links, and contact the competent authorities. Notifying us supports listing review but does not replace reporting an incident or requesting a transaction hold from the relevant organisation.
6. Personal-information correction or removal
If your phone number, image or information was published without authority, report the link and affected information with proportionate evidence of your connection. Other rights requests follow our Privacy policy. Do not respond by exposing someone else's personal information publicly.
7. Getting the right help
Follow this page for listing and impersonation concerns. For packages, see Payments and refunds. Send account or data requests through our Contact page. For immediate danger to people or property, contact local emergency authorities directly.
