This notice explains cookies and browser storage used by Tongjai Property, operated by บริษัท โอฬารแล็บ จำกัด (OlanLab). Cookies are small values the browser stores and sends to the website. Session storage holds information in a browser tab. These mechanisms support continuity of website features.
1. Purposes
We use these mechanisms for member sessions, external sign-in checks, language preferences, recommendations and listing statistics. Some are used only with the relevant feature. Browsers may restore session cookies when restoring windows. These are configured durations, not a guarantee of immediate browser deletion in every circumstance. Server-side statistics retention is described in our Privacy policy.
3. External services
Opening external sign-in, maps, LINE or another website may allow that provider to set cookies or process information under its own policy. We cannot delete cookies belonging to another domain. Review the provider's and your browser's settings.
4. Managing device storage
- In your browser's privacy settings, locate Tongjai Property site data to inspect, remove or block cookies and storage.
- Use the interest-reset button where shown to clear existing recommendation signals. Resetting starts fresh; it does not permanently disable recording subsequent activity.
- Sign out to clear the member cookie for that session. Close or clear tab data to remove its statistics identifier.
- Blocking member cookies may prevent sign-in or listing management. Removing language or interest preferences may require selecting them again.
Deleting device cookies does not erase accounts, listings, submitted messages or server security records. To exercise rights relating to those records, contact us as described in the Privacy policy.
